When will I get my caravan or camper trailer after I pay my deposit?
You can usually expect delivery withing 4 months of the deposit being received. Note: Your estimated delivery date is not a confirmed date. We will try our best to stick to this but some delays may be unavoidable.
Does the price include registration and on-road costs?
Yes, prices are inclusive of registration and on-road costs.
Do you have finance options available?

Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom coming soon. In the meantime please contact us and we will arrange a viewing.
What is the deposit?
We require a minimum deposit of 10% to start production.
What is the warranty on your camper trailers and caravans?
All our camper trailers and caravans purchase through Advanture Campers have 5 years structural warranty that covers drawbar and chassis and a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Any pre-installed appliances, such as refrigerators, Air Conditioners, battery chargers and stove-tops, may be subject to their own OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) warranty. If you are unsure, check your equipment manuals or contact us for further information.

Are your warranty terms transferable?
No they are not. Warranty terms apply to the original purchase and purchaser
What does warranty cover?
Any defects in the manufacturing or materials of the structure of the Camper or Caravan.
What is not covered under warranty?
Warranty does not cover fair wear and tear of the Camper or Caravan and its components, or replacement of any consumable items such as brake linings, magnets, tyres, wheel alignment, bearings and bearing seals. The warranty does not cover any damage or loss of function incurred to any part of the Camper or Caravan because of events which occur after you take possession of the Camper or Caravan. This warranty is not a replacement for insurance.
Do I need to service my camper trailer or caravan?
Like any road vehicle, campers and caravans have a lot of moving parts. These parts can wear and even breakdown after regular use. Key parts such as your running gear (suspension, wheels, tyres, brakes) require regular upkeep and occasional replacement of consumable parts (bearings, seals, brake magnets)

Where do I get servicing or repairs done?
We can’t be in every suburb and town, so you are welcome to nominate your own service providers, even for warranty work!
